Your computer will then download the Order Form, which is saved in Adobe Acrobat format.  Once it is downloaded, simply fill it out by following the step-by-step instructions and mail it and your check or money order to the address specified at the bottom of the form.

For $5.99 you will receive two complete sets, including:

  • (2) Rubber Silencers in your choice of colors
  • (1) 24" beaded neck chain in your choice of stainless, brass or black colors
